There's no logic behind my belief at all:-)

Other than mildew = mould = fungusy-thing = good

I've never noticed any adverse results from composting mildewed leaves.

Fungi ARE good for the soil.

Well, it's good to know mildew is not the exception!.

I was clearly doing the right thing without knowing it. Thank you all!
