Default JERSEY ROYALS

Can anyone help me??
I think jersey royals can be bought as first earlys, but under what name and
where?

Thanks in advance.

I believe they are now being marketed as international kidney.. Its a
rules/rebranding gimmick (IMO)
A silly name IMO...

I may be wrong but I am under the impression that Jersey Royal is no
longer an approved cultivar name?

Amongst the new varieties in First Early we have Red Duke of York and
International Kidney, which is more commonly know as Jersey Royal - a
superb early potato.

International Kidney (Code INTLN) (First Early) Introduced in 1879 and
still the most important crop on the Island of Jersey! Enjoyed all over
the world. Smooth skin and white flesh, very reliable variety with a
lovely buttery flavour.

International Kidney - (AKA Jersey Royal & Jersey Kidney) According to
Wilson bred by Robert Fenn of Berkshire in the 1870's. Should not be
confused with 'Royal Kidney' which was Archibald Finlay's variety of 1899;
A second early variety, very prolific, flat, kidney-shaped with white skin
and pale yellow, waxy, firm flesh; white flowers which rarely open because
they drop in the bud stage. Noted as a good cropper,up to 40 tubers per
plant. Still available in the UK if somewhat rare.
