The bottom line is that all "special" food products claimed to be beneficial
for diabetics are a con and have no medical benefit that cannot be gained
from using appropriate quantities of normal foods. It is astonishing that
the trading standards authorities have not prosecuted retailers for
misrepresenting these products.
