Easy as **** to grow.

Cannabis is very easy to grow.

If you want a laugh, get some seeds, throw some
into one of the pots outside a police station (it`ll germinate as
cannabis is something like 95 percent likely to germinate).

If you're up for a merry jape, dispense some cannabis seeds into the
flowerpots that many constabularies have outside ( in order to cheer
up an otherwise dull exterior ).
The cannabis will most likely germinate.

( I'd suggest that late Spring would probably be the most advantageous
time to do this ).

They cant
pick it or cut it down without a warrent as without one it`s cultivation
and thats illegal. G

Once the plant starts growing, it does so on police property - and
they're subject to the law as much as the general public is.
Given that they didn't plant the cannabis they couldn't reasonably be
accused of growing it - but if they attempt to pick or otherwise
remove the plant then technically it could be said that they were
harvesting the plant, which the poster has suggested is illegal.
Therefore, in order to legally remove the plant they would have to
obtain a warrant.

Anyone remember that splendid GW feature on allotments, where they
found a cannabis plant growing on a compost heap....and had to call a
copper away from rescuing old ladies from muggers in order to legally
dispose of the plant?
Law in action! Wooo!

It was a pretty tall specimen, must've been there some time without
anyone noticing... I wonder if it wasn't purposely grown there for the
sole purpose of adding a bit of spice to the feature.
A plant plant, if you will
