I had been growing it basically the same way with a medium fir bark mix
containing charcoal and perlite.

I repotted back in September and while I expected the plant to react to the
disturbance I did not think it would go completely downhill.

Yeasterday I repotted it into seedling mix and put in in a shady and cooler
area of my greenhouse. Hopefully it will make new roots and recover.
