Default Wildflowers Images From Mojave-Great Basin Deserts

Finally, I've gotten around to uploading several wildflower images I
took with a digital camera during an early April, 2003, visit to the
Mojave and Great Basin Deserts of California and western Nevada:

HI Inyo
Love your desert flowers. In fact they make me want to pack up
the truck and GO.
The grapevine wildflower is a Desert Four o'Clock, probably
Mirabilis multiflora (perianth is 40-60 mm)
smaller is M. alipes found in the Panamints (perianth + - 15mm)

The Desert Globemallow is one of my favorites. I have one in my
yard that I started from one near the Alabama HIlls.

I'll be an old (older) fossil when I get thru all your fossil pics.
