I think that the damaging of the flowers is most when we have a slow start
of the winter like now and the buds are coming and then a real winter with
15 degrees of frost.

I am growing hellebores since 10 jears and I think that 4 jears the flowers
were frozen or minimalised

It depends on which part of the Netherlands you are comparing to which
part of the UK.
