This is all already on-topic in urg; I think we need a justification of
why allotment gardening shouldn't continue in urg in the rationale.

agreed. many urglers seem to be taking the 'why not?' approach but, as
you point out, it's up to the proponent to argue cogently (as you did
in the creation of urg) why a new group is needed. urglers are just
too friendly and tolerant for unnc!
