Default Mail order vegetable plants??? If so, where?

I can't answer the question properly, but I can give you this URL:

These are the people who supply little polystyrene packs of veg to
garden centres: they were very helpful when I phoned a couple of years
or so ago to enquire about their leek variety (which I now buy as seed
from Unwin's thanks to their information!) and they do have quite a
good selection of varieties, all listed with growing instructions on
the website.

They sadly don't do mail order - just the deliveries to GCs. But the
site does have a list of the GCs which sell their veggies. Bewa a
given GC won't have the whole range... so always best to phone first.
