Default Ailing vanda sansai blue

Is it potted? If so, in what?

My first instinct was to say you're not watering often enough, but that is
probably because around here, vandas are grown "bare in the basket" and
watered daily [2x/day during the worst heat of summer]. I wouldn't know if
2x/week is enough for one in a pot, never having tried it.

Next thought was fungus. It wouldn't hurt, and might help, to spray it with
hydrogen peroxide. The usual recommendation for spraying peroxide for
"general hygiene" seems to be 4 oz/gallon [of the 3% solution most commonly
sold in drug stores], but I have seen it used full strength without harm to
plants.

Smallish plant, one or two years from flowering, I guess.

It is dropping leaves. It had nine or so leaves, there are now five
green leaves and two that are turning yellow.

It is now winter. The indoor humidity is about 40-50% at a steady
22-23C. The plant is getting about 35kLux of sodium-based (yellowish)
light. I water it twice a week, the roots look ok to me.

Help! What is happening? I haven't changed anything AFAIK. The
plant has been happy the last fourteen months or so.
