The names in question, and what I know about them, a

Puracaleana - I can't even remember where I saw this name.

I seem to recall seeing Puracalaena as a typographic/orthographic error
for Paracalaena, a small genus of terrestrials from Australia and New
Zealand. They were segregated from Calaena, the Flying Duck Orchid.
