Try again with Earthlink. And again, and again. They do to support
news groups. I'm posting through Earthlink right now. Support can
be "difficult" but keep trying. Most of Earthlink support folks are
in India and language can be a problem. You might try posting to the
earthlink newsgroup support group, earthlink.support.email.
