Default nice thing to wake up to

Yep, that's on the agenda as well.

Looking at the marks, I have to wonder whether someone was being
chased by the police. It looks like they came out of the alley at a
high rate of speed. Also, looking at the trajectory, I'm really lucky
that the little cherry tree was there as I suspect that it kept my car
from being hit. I think it deflected the car *just* enough. I'm amazed
that they were able to regain control of their car enough not to hit
my house.

In the first one, the track you can see is the *outside* wheel (if you
look *really* closely, you can see in the distance the redbud sapling
that was completely run over - I've righted it). You can see how close
the car came to hitting the house. In the other shots, my car is
actually about 3 or 4 inches further than there the car passed (I took
these shots the nest day after I had moved my car).

Oh yeah, I just found out the car was a Mazda - they left a badged
piece of plastic at the scene that I didn't see).
