For any given heat output they are all going to cost pretty much the
same to run. Heaters that are advertised as 'cheap to run' are only such
because the heat output is lower.

For example a typical fan heater will be about 2-3 kW, a 6 foot tubular
heater is probably about 500W. The latter will be cheaper because it is
only giving out a fraction of the heat.....
