Default DIY POND LIGHTING

Any advice about how to put in the rope light? Especially to ensure it
is safe for the pond residents?

one of those sealed string of lights... about 14 bucks plugged into GFI. picture of
it on during day here bottom right picture. it is attached up underneath the veggie
filter. it can be left in the bottom of the pond tho.
