I am getting married at the beginning of August and we would like to use
minature roses as favors. We are going uses roses for all our flowers at the
ceremony and reception. We would need about 50 - 55 minis, hopefully
blooming.

Any suggestions on suppliers that might be able to supply them budded at that
time?

There are several nurseries that offer miniture roses wholesale. Try a search
for "miniature roses wholesale." Justice, Michaels and Bridges are three that
do offer wholesale pricing. I don't know about their prices or quality.
Other than a web search you might contact a local nursery, they could probably
order enough and at the correct time for your wedding.
