Why not start your veg in pots and then transplant when the beds are

ready,
or alternatively half fill one bed and use that as your first, then make

up
the others as soon as pos.
I take my hat off to the suppliers who wont sell soil because of its
condition, I would be guided by them, they may have something earlier if

the
weather permits, esp if you have it on order for delivery ASAP.

Why not dig in the compost you have to make a 50/50 mix with your own

topsoil
