Gee, Andreas, just how much sun did you give these guys?

Are all the leaves affected? When you say the yellow is spreading toward the
core (crown), I assume that you mean the leaf is dying from the outer tip
in. You mention rot. Are the leaves soft? Black? Any new growth from the
center?
