It looks like a red mulberry, Morus rubra. This is native and adapted
to moderate soil moisture conditions. There are male trees and female
trees and the males of couse have no berries. There are also
fruitless cultivars I believe as red mulberry is a useful landscape
tree.

You do not want a fruiting mulberry in the location you have this tree
as the berries are a real mess. Birds love the berries and they taste
great if you go to the trouble of picking them. But.......

Pruning the trees is also difficult as you can tell by the diverse
shape of the tree in your photo.
