I am currently working on a new real estate deal in Tucson AZ. The raw land
is $7 million. We are debating whether to build 98 attached condos in the
$340,000 to $500,000 sales price range or 272 rental units projected at
$1.00/SF per month in rent. The dealership fixed an annoying rattle in my
door last Tuesday. I have been dating a nice Venezuelan girl and I just
moved into a real nice place on the intracoastal waterway in the Ft
Lauderdale area... orchid flask orders have been good this year and I just
got a gold crown on a wisdom tooth "way in the back"... I got my pipes
cleaned last night real good, had a swell breakfast this morning and life is
going along quite well.
