new pressure treated wood and edibles
The new treated wood contains copper rather than arsenic salts. While still
poison, they are most likely safer. I wouldn't worry about the blueberries.
Remember they new treated wood must have stainless steel fasteners.

Does anyone know how safe/dangerous the new pressure treated woods are, the
ones without arsenic in their preservatives, when used as raised bed
borders? And in particular, would they be dangerous when used in a fense a
few feet from blueberry bushes. That is, would these new compounds make
the
berries unsafe to eat?
Thanks.
