Default [IBC] Bonsai dying, need help!

Eugenia/Syzygium dwarf cherry

I find this a somewhat fickle species similar to Serrisa and Fukien
Tea. I have a couple of these and have killed a couple.

It gets plenty of water

Maybe too much? My suggestion. Tip it out of the pot and examine the
root ball, if it is damp, soggy and smells rotten that is your problem.

cold air was getting to it.

Anything below 32 F for any time will make leaves shrivel.
