Fungicide for botrytis on grape vine

Er, no. When they are in flower is just when you *shouldn't* spray!
The books that I have (including RHS ones) all advise that the time to
spray grapes against botrytis is when they are in flower. Mind you, they
are a little old and advise spraying with fungicides that are no longer
available and make no mention of Bordeaux mixture. What is your reason
for advising against it, please?
