I planted my tulips in freshly poured concrete, and NONE of them came up!
Are you just trying to pull a big practical joke on us?
I have tried planting geraniums and Kolrabbi in concrete.
I watered the concrete and let it set. It has been three weeks now, and
nothing
is growing. Could it be the killing frost?
