Are there vegetable trimmings from the kitchen that you would NOT put on

I'm wondering what would be fit for human consumption and thought NOT
fit for compost.

Supermarkets are full of appalling processed foods deemed fit for
human consumption, that I wouldn't want to eat or put in my compost
heap. The kind that consist of some agar and fat with colourings and
chemical flavouring, masquerading as "chocolate pudding" or "chicken
soup".

What kind of supermarket calls "chocolate pudding" or "chicken soup"
vegetables?!
