Yes and they expect you to enter a contract to buy more books,

It says 4.

I buy all my
books from charity and secondhand book shops, cheaper than buying

magazines

You are not the only one :-)

They pester you for ages once they've got your address though - Amazon are
doing it for £21, which is alright (compared to the £50+ computers books
often go for, even £30 doesn't seem too bad!). Spend over £25 and you get
free P&P, so all I need now is the title of a good book covering trees - any
suggestions?

I like Mitchell (Field Guide to the Trees of Britain and Northern
Europe).

Thanks
Bigus
