The Washingtonville (NY) Arts Society is sponsoring an art in nature
show on August 14. The venue is not set yet but it will be somewhere in
eastern or central Orange County, NY. The show is being underwritten by
a corporate sponsor. There will be a bonsai exhibit and suiseki/viewing
stones as well as art in various media which are related to
nature--photography, landscape painting, etc. I'd love to hear from
anyone who would like to have a tree or two in the exhibit. Only your
very best trees, please! This will be the first bonsai event that I
know of in the county, so we need to make a good impression.

Anyone who is interested in having a tree or stone in the exhibit, or
