_or_ Some folk have more money than sense :-)

In stock in a local RSPB shop: small cardboard boxes (perhaps 2"x2"x4")
containing a wisp of nice white wool. The blurb expounds on the glories
of wool as natural, insulation, from Britain. Instructions: hang your
wisp of wool from a twig or branch and the birds will be grateful for
the nesting material (OK, I inferred the gratitude bit).

Price? UKP3.95

The RSPB are greedy CONservation hooligans, in it for the money alone.
They slaughter millions of animals each year. Organized the ruddy duck
cull and the Uist hedgehog culls, without whom neither would have
happened. And they employ criminals like malcolm ogilvie the troll.

They spend £7million pounds per annum on flooding the UK with junk
mail and adverting. Yet spent £2000 on the decline of songbirds in the
last five years.

The executive creams off a £100k PA in wage alone, not to mention
corporate fat cat perks.

Whereas Pete's heros work for the love of animals -

sweep Huntingdon Life Sciences aside, and we'll raze this evil place right
to the ground!"

"Although fish and chip shops haven't been targeted before so far as I can
remember, they would be considered legitimate targets."

I guess it takes all sorts, but his sort we can almost certainly do
without.
