It is a biological filter made from a rubbermaid tank. Basically an upflow
filter. Skippy had the plans on skippysstuff.com. He passed away and his
site is now down. Maybe somebody copied his pages?
Lot of people tried his filter. I made one myself but modified it
somewhat.
