Yes. The liquid "expires" within hours/a day or two of being
exposed to air (so don't mix up a big batch!). The powder has
about a one-growing-season life -- less if you dip plants right
into the powder in the bottle (as I do) and don't use a brush.

But I just checked on my powder Pokon it is wrtten that it is
indefinitely active
