I noticed recently that the leaves onmy laburnham are looking a bit yellow.
It is a small weeping (graft) tree. Is this normal? If not, what should I
do?
Thanks

Not an informed view, but is it just going into autumn dormancy a bit
early? Did it get dry and/or is it still dry? Does it need feeding? At
this time of year, I wouldn't feed it with a high-nitrogen feed, as
you may stimulate late growth which could then get frosted in autumn.
But you could try a high-potash feed, aka tomato fertiliser.
