After several months of the run around we have had a very unpleasant
experience with the company named Discount Pump out of California. It
has been very agonizing due to at first faulty product that did not
work nor perform to the claimed specifications. Then the product was
returned per explicit instructions and only then to be claimed to be
damaged by the shipping company, long after it was received.

We seem to now after the fact, unfortunately as often occurs, have
heard that this is not the first time. Any comments welcome as we
simply want our money back and move on.
