Stokes sells both a mild and a spicy Mesclun seed mix. I've grown the
mild mix in a planter this year, and it's good.



Actually, "baby greens" are just regular greens harvested early.
This is very similar to green onions (scallions), which are regular
onions harvested before bulbs form.
