Fockea tugelensis is Petopentia natalensis. He explained it all in an
article for the Maryland cactus & succulent journal.

I see, one of those cases where a species is removed from a genus into a
newly created genus. The latter gets a name that expresses the close
relationship to the former genus. In this case an anagram of the existing
name. Quite awhile ago, too (fifty years now).
