Roses are rarely sold by seed, because you never know what kind of flower
you'll get. Roses are usually sold as cloned plant, with either its own
roots, or grafted onto the roots of some other rose.

In the future specify where exactly you are, so people can give you the
names of nurseries and mail order companies that service your hometown.
