|| Has anyone tried to grow land plants in water ?
|| For ex. I have this lily plant in a soil pot in my drawing room,
|| which keeps on producing flowers and seeds. I just threw some of
|| those seeds in my aquarium and now all of them are producing leaves.
|| So just wondering if the plant will bloom flowers in water as well ?
|| Any thoughts ?

Not likely... emersed plants need more than water can provide.. like..
ummm....soil... You can grow bamboo in an aquarium... and if you have a
sal****er tank, you can grow mangroves in it...
