And you're right; not much of a summer in the hills west of Albany, though
a new lotus (the only one of several that "took") has already put up a
couple of nice blossoms. Go figure.
Has anybody here tried wild rice? I've got a few plants, bought from a
nursery in Massachusetts, that are blooming. I'm guessing that the seed
is
meant to fall in the water and overwinter.
But I digress. As usual.
