Sadly for you I gave a merely a factual accounting without even teency
rearrangement or exaggeration, as unlike you I HAVE done a great deal of
historical research on Austria (mainly because of my interest in the
Jewish authors who were killed or had to flee -- Vienna in particular was
a great place before the Jews were killed or run out).

Yes, people tend to forget that it wasn't just 6 million bodies that
were lost when the Germans went on their hateful and destructive
rampage, but that those bodies housed the bulk of the vast cultural
wealth of the West. The Germans, largely due to the psychotic
delusions of one incredibly evil and reactionary man, almost set
European culture back to the dark ages in less than 12 years.
It is with the greatest sadness in my heart that I observe the same
pattern repeating itself. I only hope that we have learned a lesson
from the past and that we all take measures to stamp out this
insidious disease before it spreads out of control - again.
