Has anyone had any experience with growing the non-sanderiana Vanda
species--especially tessellata, denisoniana and stangeana? I've heard
that all three of these are much easier to grow than the "standard"
vandas that are dominated by the species V. sanderiana in their
bloodlines, and that these three species are also fragrant. Would love
to hear from anyone who's had experience--good or bad--with these
species. Thank you.

I like denisoniana...but be warned, some have a great fragrance while
other smell horrible. Mine smells like overly sweet orange blossoms...
great for a quick sniff, but overwhelming when smelled in large
quantities. Others I have smelled at vendors' tables smelled like cat
urine...phew!
