not a matter of animal abuse. It is illegal trapping. The wire was not
set for your cat, but for wild animals. The Game Commision should be
informed. It is easier to get them involved than to get the police
concerned about animal cruelty.
If you really want to get in a cat fight, ask a cat group if you
should let your cat out-of-doors?
