The bubble should get smaller while traveling up the reactor unit.
The more co2 dissolved ( smaller it is) the better.
Best reactors make it so there is no bubble seen.

I just recently bought a CO2 system (by fermentation), and the bubbles are
moving throught the "counter": this plastic tray with edges along which the
bubbles travel on their way to the surface.
I was just wondering what I should be seeing. The bubbles travel in the
counter, but go straight through to the top, and then the CO2 just leaves
the tank. I thought the bubbles were supposed to be caught in the tray
apparatus and stay there, instead of escaping out to the surface.
Do I have it set up correctly?
