Default Oklahoma Journal of Law and Technology - eBriefs on Intellectual Property Rights in Living Matter

I would like to announce to readers of sci.bio.botany that the
Oklahoma Journal of Law and Technology has undertaken a project on
Intellectual Property Rights in Living Matter. This project will
introduce you to the legal framework for patenting living material in
various countries and under various conventions throughout the world.

The Oklahoma Journal of Law and Technology (OKJOLT) is a publication
of the University of Oklahoma College of Law and is a student-run
organization. Oversight of this project is provided by Professor Drew
Kershen, who has been teaching and lecturing throughout the world for
many years on agricultural and biotechnological topics.

We currently cover:

United States
European Union
India
International Agreements

Our publications are in the form of eBriefs which are approximately 10
pages long. They are written to be useful not only to legal
professionals but to anyone interested in agriculture and
biotechnology.

On behalf of OKJOLT, I would like to invite you to visit our website
at www.okjolt.org and please do not hesitate to send us feedback via
the e-mail address available on our contacts page.

Best,

Greg Milstead
