No frost here in Plymouth, even at 180 feet elevation. Everything tender is
in the greenhouse now anyway. I left a cuphea hyssopifolia out last year and
it survived the winter. Acacias seem to do alright here, even Acacia
Baileyana Purpurea which is supposed to be rather tender, and the examples
I've seen haven't even been sited near a wall. On the downside, it rains an
awful lot!
