I think everyone who asked for Paulownia seeds has now received them
(though
there are plenty more for anyone else interested!) But the request for
these seeds has raised a query with regard to Mandevilla seeds and their
germination. I sent some to an urgler 10 months ago and not one has come
up! The only difference we can think of between those and the ones raised
here with no trouble, is perhaps bottom heat in our prop. house.
We wondered if anyone else has had trouble with these - David Poole or
Charlie Pridham, perhaps? Or anyone else, of course!

I don't normally raise them from seed so I am not much help! I have tried
sowing the seed from my Alice du Pont but no luck there. But I have in the
past had no problems raising mandevilla laxa using bottom heat.
