I'd leave them like I did last year - they seem to overwinter very well. And
they weren't covered, just left. I got the biggest, earliest spring onions
on our allotment and they were wonderful. And I think they were White
Lisbon.

Hi,
planted some WHite Lisbon to pull as spring onions, but I haven't used
them all and the remainder are now small normal onions with some top
growth still on.
Should I pull them and eat them now, or are they likely to grow more if
left over winter?

Could you harvest some and dry them under cover, and cover the rest
with fleece or cloches?
I have had shallots survive over winter. It's worth an experiment!
