Estonia ( most of you does not even know
where it is :-D

Estonia is one of the "Baltic States" which were for many years under the
control of the Soviet Union. The other two are Latvia and Lithuania.
The Soviets attempted to replace their language and culture without success.
Although the cultures are very old they never existed as independent states
until just after World War I when The Treaty of Versailles, under the direction
of US President Woodrow Wilson created a large number of "national states."
Prior to that they had been dominated by the Russians, Poles, Germans and I
think even Fins.
