Hi Claude.

Your plant is certainly big enough to bloom, and I know Sharry Baby
does well in s/h culture. If the plant gets enough light it should
spike as each new pseudobulb matures. If it's too close to the window
and gets a chill at night blooming may be disrupted. I used to have
one and it bloomed every spring/summer for me in the Niagara Falls
area. I got rid of it...I like fragrant orchids, but it was a bit too
much! Just keep it in good light and you should see something in the
spring.

Hello again!

Now that a few of my Phal are spiking, I would like to get my Oncidium
Sharry Baby Sweet fragrance to spike too.

Does anyone know how I can make my Oncidium Sharry baby spiking?
It has 8 PS and growing 3 others. It`s in S/H in a 8 inch pot! I grow it on
windowsill, facing south-west ( at this time of the year, that`s where it
has more light). Day temp is around 23C and drop to 18C at night ( maybe
more since winter is already here in montréal! )

Any advice?

Claude
