Bluebells are coming up before the crocus in my sheltered front garden in Glasgow! Or maybe my crocus bulbs have been dug up and eaten by that pesky squirrel...

Anyway, daffs about 4 - 5 inches high in the back garden too. Just cleared away the last of the dead vegetation from last year, pretty much everything seems to be sprouting and budding. Hooray! I'm looking forward to the growing season!
