It's not a stretch to suppose than MANY visitors referred to his site
make the same assumption. So while I don't doubt that many find great
usefulness in his offerings, it might not be a bad idea for him to be a
little clearer that the registration is free. Just a thought.

Joe, I apologize for such a poor choice of words. And you are correct
and Tom has acknowledge that clarity is probably needed, his webmaster
is also doing volunteer work so the changes come about as time permits.
Again though, I'm sorry to have made that personal remark about you when
the post was meant to be a generalize point. Clearly you are bright and
more importantly an honorable and "stand-up" guy that I had no right to
insult. Such events happen from time to time and I always promise myself
not to make the same error again. My apologies to you for the personal
insult.
