Try getting out your mother-board manual, take the cover off your
computer, and manually reset your bios (cmos) using the appropriate
jumper settings. I've done this on other folks' computers with similar
problems, and it worked nicely. You may need to reconfigure your bios
afterward, but at least your computer will probably be working again.
